Donald B. Gibson Gibby, 70, of Decatur, IL, died 11:56 P.M., Wednesday, November 24, 2010.Graveside services will be 12:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at Phillips Cemetery, Kinmundy, IL. Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M., Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans.Donald was born February 11, 1940, in Centralia, IL, the son of Loren and Ruby Gibson. He married Lois Allphin and they made their home in Decatur. Donald was a retired Macon County Deputy Sheriff and a member of the Moose Lodge. He loved new cars and bought a new red car every year. Donald was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran.He is survived by his son Michael Gibson of Warrensburg, IL, and granddaughters Katlyn and Kendall Gibson.He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Lois and sister Nila Ferguson.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com "
