Funeral Service will be 11:00AM, Monday January 24, 2011 at Cerro Gordo United Methodist Church with visitation from10:00 AM until service time, at the church. Burial will be in Cerro Gordo Cemetery. Family requests casual attire. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Cerro Gordo, IL, will be handling the arrangements.Memorials: Cerro Gordo Community Ambulance Service, Cerro Gordo United Methodist Church, or Cerro Gordo Athletic Boosters Club.Dollie was born in Bethany, IL July 23, 1914 the daughter of Charles and Lea (Crowder) Ward. She married Irving Irv Smith in 1935, Decatur, IL. He passed away April 23, 1989. She was a member of Cerro Gordo United Methodist Church, was a charter member of Athletic Boosters Club and belonged to Cerro Gordo Womens Club.Surviving: two sons- Larry I. Smith of Breese, IL and Dwight Kent (Jantha) Smith of Cerro Gordo, IL; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews survive.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Irv, daughter Nancy, one brother and three sisters "
