Debra K. Goodman, 59, of Decatur, IL, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 15, at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Decatur, with visitation 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, August 14, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society or Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. Debra was born April 30, 1957 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Warren Bass and Barbara (Bryant) Jackson. She married David Goodman on July 13, 1979 in Decatur, IL. Debra was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, and enjoyed being active in church activities. She was a Daycare Provider for over 25 years and built loving relationships with all who she cared for and they became like an extended family to her. Debra was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all. She also enjoyed spending time with friends, laughing, having a good time, and gambling. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, David of Decatur; mother Barbara (John) Jackson of Tallahassee, FL; sons Anthony (Lisa) Goodman of Mt. Zion, Matthew Goodman of Decatur; grandchildren Brooke, Bree and Little Miss Riley; sister Kathy (Paul) Emory of Decatur; brother John (Sherry) Jackson of Tallahassee, FL; nieces Leigh Bundy and Emily Gillies; nephews Daniel Bundy, Jon Emory, Robbie Emory, Conner Jackson, Sean Jackson; sister-in-law Linda (James) Bundy; brother-in-laws Bernie Gillies and Mark Goodman. She was preceded in death by her father Warren, sister-in-laws Carolyn Goodman and Sue Gillies, in-laws Roland and Barbara Goodman. "
