David L. Norman, 71, of Decatur, IL, passed away on November 7, 2025.
Services will be at a later date in Marion, IL.
David was born on February 16, 1954, in Inglewood, CA, the son of Jack Gary and Imogene (Hefflin) Norman.
He worked as a laborer for Franklin Williamson Co. Workshop. He loved Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.
David is survived by his brother John (Teresa) Norman; stepfather Gilbert (Carol) Foley; cousins Rebecca Runion, Debbie Fields; and longtime friend Kathy Downs.
He is preceded by his parents.
