David was born on February 16, 1954, in Inglewood, CA, the son of Jack Gary and Imogene (Hefflin) Norman.
He worked as a laborer for Franklin Williamson Co. Workshop. He loved Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.
David is survived by his brother John (Teresa) Norman; stepfather Gilbert (Carol) Foley; and cousins Rebecca Runion, and Debbie Fields.
He is preceded by his parents.
