Dallas Hardy

Dallas C. Hardy, 59, of Decatur, died Monday, August 10, 2015, at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, MO. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 14, 2015, at Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Dallas was born September 5, 1955, in Decatur, the son of John and Barbara (Rendle) Hardy. He married Dawn Mauck in Decatur on April 25, 1996. Dallas worked in maintenance at Welcome Inn and Suites. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching the Chicago Bears, fishing, and Chicago Bulls basketball. Dallas was also a volunteer for the Special Olympics. He is survived by his wife Dawn of Decatur; children, Angelic (Ken) Nash of Mahomet, Adrianne (Tim) Stogner of Blue Mound, Erika Wall of Decatur, Nick Wall of Decatur, Tiffany (Anthony) Smith of Pana, and Joshua of Oreana; mother Barbara of Decatur; eight grandchildren; sisters, Mida Hardy of Decatur, Marsha Hardy of Florida, and Randa Miller of Decatur. Dallas was preceded in death by his father, brother Darryl Hardy, and son-in-law Jon Koshinski. "
