Curtis Lee Chandler, 36, of Decatur, IL, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018.A memorial to celebrate Curtis’ life will be May 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., at the Eagles Club, 602 W. King Street, Decatur, IL. Curtis was born November 16, 1981 in Decatur, IL, the son of Carl Wayne Chandler and Mary (Belk) Foster. He was self employed and worked in construction on houses. Curtis loved life and was full of joy. He enjoyed fishing, camping, was an avid Cardinals fan and loved watching football, especially the New Orleans Saints. He enjoyed traveling, especially to Florida and South Carolina. Curtis truly loved his nieces and nephews, family and friends.He is survived by his mother Mary Foster; daughters Claire Cowen, Skyla Miller; fiancée Anette Chandler; sisters, Amy Amaxal, Diane Foster; grandmother Sarah McGrath; aunts Nancy (Steve) Munson Yevonne Baker, Ruth Terrell; uncle, Laverne Belk; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; cousin Crystal Brockel; and uncle, Chuck Belk. "
