Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Friday, April 10, 2009, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Crystal was born September 26, 1979, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Arthur and Nancy (Belk-Munson) Grant. She married Edward Brockel on August 28, 2004. Crystal knew no strangers and was always there to help in any way she could. She served as an active member and trustee for the Womens Auxiliary of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 507. Crystal will be missed very deeply by all who knew her.She is survived by her husband Edward of Decatur, IL; sons Timothy and Joshua Grant; stepson Dalton and stepdaughter Talsia; father Arthur Grant; mother Nancy Munson and stepfather Steve Munson; grandmothers Sarah McGrath and Mabel Munson; brothers and sisters Tina Gentry and husband of Springfield, IL, Dewayne Grant and wife of Bloomington, IL, Katrina Roberts and family, Stefanie Bryson and family, Todd Munson and family, Ryan Munson and family; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends.She was preceded in death by her sister Brenda Snow.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com.
