Constance M. Saxby, 93, passed away Monday, October 5, 2015, at Symphony of Decatur, Decatur, IL. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 8, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Decatur, IL. Burial will be in Macon Cemetery, Macon, IL. Constance was born November 24, 1921, the daughter of Edward and Rose Cichowski Wasielewski. She had one brother Eugene Wasielewski (deceased). She married Paul Saxby November 24, 1942. Constance is survived by cousins Marguerite Zochowski of Wood Dale, IL and Celeste Bilinski of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by her Decatur cousins, Viola Fuqua, Barbara Gordon, and Nancy Cassidy, as well as many who knew her as Aunt Connie. "
