Clarence Bilyeu

Clarence Warren Bilyeu, 88, of Decatur, IL, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Memorial services will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, October 17, 2011, at First Baptist Church, 1320 Arbor Drive, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the church. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Decatur, IL. Clarence was born in 1923, the son of James and Mable (Workman) Bilyeu. He married Blanche Downen in 1942 and she preceded him in death. He later married Zintka Smith (Olson) on November 19, 1977 in Decatur, IL. She survives. Clarence was a member of First Baptist Church. He retired after many years as owner of Bilyeu's Paint and Glass Company. He formerly worked for Brownie Coal Company. Clarence enjoyed flying, computers and reading. He is survived by his wife, 2 sons, 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 5 stepchildren, 8 step grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild.
