Charlotte Fay Lucas, 84, of Decatur, IL, died 2:13 A.M., Thursday, January 6, 2011, at St. Marys Hospital.Memorial services will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 13, 2011, at Peoples Church of God, Decatur, IL, with memorial visitation one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will be at Fairlawn Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Peoples Church of God.Charlotte was born February 20, 1926, in Oakley ,IL, the daughter of Harvey and Effie (Walters) Bourquin. She married James Walter Lucas in 1950 and he preceded her in death in 1995.Charlotte was a member of Peoples Church of God. She worked as a clerk at Wabash and N&W Railroads, retiring in 1986, after 40 years of service.She is survived by her sister Betty (Leo) Edwards of Decatur, IL; nephews Gary (Shelley) Edwards and Richard (Debbie) Edwards, and Steve Bourquin, all of Decatur, IL; special care givers and nephews Bill and Jeri Dennis of Lincoln, IL, Mike and Kris Drew of Mt. Zion, IL.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband James. "
