Charles L. Nihiser, 51, of Decatur, passed away November 17, 2022 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
At his request, no services will be held. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Charles was born December 8, 1970 in Decatur, the son of John and Mary (Mendenhall) Nihiser. He married Julie Bingham on May 5, 2008. Charles worked as a mechanic at Neal Tire and Auto Service in Mt. Zion. In his spare time, he loved fishing, especially on Lake Shelbyville. Charles as an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and St. Louis Cardinals Fan.
He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Julie; son, Nathan (Sierra) Bingham of Louisa, VA; daughter, Michaela (Kane) Bingham of Buffalo, NY; and grandson, Cain Burk.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Debbie Bennett; and a grandson, Asher.
