Funeral services will be 9:00 A.M., Friday, December 31, 2010, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation 4 to 7 P.M., Thursday, December 30, at the funeral home. Graveside services and burial will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, December 31, at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Riverton, IL, with military rites conducted by the Macon County Honor Guard.Charles was born August 6, 1954 in Tulsa, OK, the son of Dwayne G. and Pauline R. (Mason) Fishel. He worked for Werner Trucking in Laredo, TX and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.He is survived by his children Kayla (Paul) Wiggins of Waynesville, IL, Adam Fishel of Galesville, WI, Emily Fishel of Rogers, MN; grandson Logan Wiggins; brothers David Fishel of Iuka, MS, Ron (Evelyn) Fishel of Decatur, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents. "
