Charlee Rene’e (Alcaraz) Thompson, 25, of Decatur, IL, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018, in Mountain View, MO. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 19, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, with visitation from Noon until service time. Memorials may be made to: American Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Association, or to a military charity of your choice.Charlee loved her family, “rescuing” neighbor pets and singing anything anytime. Born in Casper, Wy May, 22, 1992, which she never let anyone forget, to Faustino Alcaraz and Tammy Wolfe. She was raised in Rawlins, Wyoming by her parents Faustino and Mary Alcaraz, where she started school at Mountain View Grade School. The family moved to Morris, IL where Charlee attended Nettle Creek Grade school and Seneca High School. Charlee blossomed and grew and loved life, singing, art and her friends. After high school she moved to Milwaukee, WI and continued her education in nursing and became a CNA. Charlee married the love of her life Robert Thompson. They made their home in Decatur, IL with their 2 boys Jayden and Noah, surrounded by many close friends she called family. Charlee is preceded in death by her grandfather Agustin Alcaraz, cousins Augie Alcaraz and Misti Rose Marie Alcaraz. Charlee is survived by her husband Robert Thompson, sons Jayden and Noah. Parents Faustino & Mary Alcaraz, mother Tammy Wolfe, brothers Jacob and Kimberly Alcaraz, Faustino and Alexandria Alcaraz, Sheldon Wolfe and Kirsten Wolfe. Grandparents Lupe Alcaraz, Dwight and Kristen Thompson, Charlie and Kathy Wolfe, uncles Agustin Alcaraz, Lupe (Michelle) Alcaraz, Chad (Dusty) Wolfe, aunts Natalie (Isaac) Leva, Rebecca (Ralafael) Corona, Mary (Jon) Lorenz, sisters-in-law Melissa (Kevin) Lane, Lucy (Adam) Craycroft, Patty (Gary) Howard and many many cousins, nieces and nephews. We will miss your infectious smile and your crazy singing. Our little burro. "
