Cecelia Ursula Coyle Jolly, 85, of Decatur, IL, died 5:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at Lincoln Rehabilitation Center, Decatur, IL. Mass of Resurrection will be 9:30 A.M., Friday, December 21, 2012 at St. James Catholic Church, Decatur, IL. Burial to follow at Greenhill Cemetery, Sullivan, IL. Memorials may be made to St. James and St. Patrick Catholic Church. Cecelia was born November 11, 1927, in Byron, IL, the daughter of Loretta Marie (Hess) and Harry E. Coyle. She married Jesse F. Jolly on November 16, 1991 in Decatur, IL. Cecelia was a member of St. James and St. Patrick Catholic Church. She graduated from St. Teresa High School in 1945. She is survived by her sister Patricia Davis of Decatur, IL; nieces Mary Davis of Decatur and Patty Cetin of Champaign, IL; nephew Martin Davis of Mt. Zion, IL; stepchildren Helen Ferguson of Decatur, Alesia Davenport of Carmel, IN, Lynette Swanson of Brookfield, James Jolly of Mesquite, TX, Mary Frances Jolly of Dublin, OH; and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. "
