Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M., Saturday, May 29, 2010, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with Pastor Wray Offermann officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 - 10:30 A.M., prior to service time at the funeral home. Graveside services will be 12:30 P.M. in St. Pauls Cemetery, Strasburg, IL. Memorials may be made to Shapiro Developmental Center Amusement Fund 514 A, 100 E. Jeffery, Kankakee, IL 60901, or to Macon County Animal Control, 2820 E. Parkway, Decatur, IL 62526.Carrie resided at Shapiro Developmental Center in Kankakee, where she had been for a very short period of time. Yet in that time, Carrie found contentment and friendship as she touched their lives, and hers in turn was touched. Carrie was a very special person who impacted the lives of everyone she met. She is survived by her parents Jay and Cheryl Dunn of Decatur, IL; sister Michelle (Michael) Wayne and their children Morgan and Roman of Decatur, IL; brother Robert (Erin) Dunn and their son Gavin of Bolingbrook, IL; maternal grandmother Mariana Kircher of Decatur, IL. She will be loved and remembered by her family and friends Randy (Jean), Karen (Louise), Annette (Dennis), Connie, Barbara, Helen, Vonnie (Johnnie), Annie (Jim), Brad (Barb) and Frank (Judy). "
