Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Monday, February 18, 2008, at Hidden Valley Community Church, (one block north of Pershing and one block east of Woodford), Decatur, IL. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Hidden Valley Community Church, 1635 Huston Drive, Decatur, IL 62526.Carmelita was born December 2, 1918, in Winchester, IL, the daughter of Frank and Lecie (Smith) Hazelrigg. She married Billie M. Pullins on October 20, 1935, in Decatur, IL. He preceded her in death on October 26, 2002.Carmelita was a member of Hidden Valley Community Church.She is survived by her daughter Kay Tuggle and husband Stanley of Decatur,IL; grandchildren Brett M. Pullins and wife April of Groveland, IL, Todd M. Tuggle and wife Jennifer of Niantic, IL, Rick M. Pullins and wife Pam of Decatur, IL; 8 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband Billie (Dink) Pullins, son Richard (Dick) Pullins.The family would like to give special thanks to the Nursing Staff at Keystone Meadows and her caregiver and special friend Kelly Roth.
