Carla L. Anderson, 60, of Decatur, IL, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017, at her residence.A memorial service will be held at a later date.Carla was born August 26, 1956 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Joseph L. and Arletta (Hartman) Gentry. She married Thomas Anderson on March 28, 1981 in Decatur, IL.Carla enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, and baking.She is survived by her husband Tom; daughter Brandy (Don) Jenkins; son Andrew Anderson; grandchildren Zachary, Savannah, and Austin Jenkins; brother Mark Gentry; sister Nita Gentry, all of Decatur, IL; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Carmen Fleming, Amy Gentry, Bruce Gentry, Randy Hartman, and nephew Jayson Hartman.
