Camilla "Cam" McKinney, 67, of Decatur passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Decatur, with visitation from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Friday, Dec. 6, 2013 at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Graceland Cemetery. "Cam" was born on June 19, 1946 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Dudley and Ruth (Troutman) Buckley. She married Derek McKinney. "Cam" worked in the Congregational Development Department , Great Rivers Conference of the United Methodist Church. She was also involved in numerous civic activities including: past manager of the Decatur Industrial Technical Center, and had been the longest running chairwoman of the Decatur Celebration. She participated in the Clean Community System activities, and was a member of the P.E.O. Chapter IF, the D.A.R., and Noon Sertoma Club. She was also a member of D.I.G.G. and volunteered at the Good Samaritan Inn. Surviving are three sons; Bill (wife: Helen) McKinney of Decatur, IL, Greg (wife: Kimberly) of Elgin, IL, and Scott (wife: Christine) McKinney of Moweaqua, IL. She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Martha (husband: Earl) Matteson of Mt. Zion, IL., 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. "Cam" was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
