Brad Lee Wright, 47, of Decatur, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.A Celebration of Brad’s Life will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Life Builders Church of God, 833 W Pershing Rd, Decatur, IL 62526. A graveside service will be 10:00 AM, Friday, December 10 at Harristown Cemetery. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes, Decatur is assisting the family.Brad was born November 13, 1974, in Decatur, the son of Wanda Beauchamp. He married Shay Yates on June 10, 2006 in Decatur. Brad worked as an operator at ADM. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid fan of the New England Patriots. He also enjoyed working out. Most of all, Brad treasured time spent with his wife and children. He is a member of Life Builders Church of God.Surviving are his loving wife of 15 years, Shay; children: Brad, Jr. and Brailey; his mother and step-father, Wanda and Mark Beauchamp; brother, Mitchell Beauchamp (fiancée, Alyvia Parks); cousin who was like a sister, Jonni Martin and special friend and sister-in-law, Karrie Yates.Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hollis and Lois Wright and parents-in-law Cary and Frances Yates.
