Private graveside inurnment will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 1, at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL.Memorials may be made to Parkinsons Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY, 10018.Bonnie was born March 7, 1920, in Georgetown, IL, the daughter of Charles Albert and Flora Elmina (Ballard) Payne. She married E. James Wingfield, Jr on June 26, 1948. He preceded her in death in 2002.Bonnie was a member of Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church. She attended Eastern Illinois University and was a teacher for the Decatur Public School District #61. Bonnie retired from Decatur Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants, Daughters of the American Revolution, and National Honor Society.Surviving are her children E. James Wingfield, III, Jan D. Wingfield, and Gregory S. Wingfield, all of Decatur, IL.Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother H.W. Payne. "
