Bonnie Angel

Bonnie G. Angel, 73, of Warrensburg, IL. passed away at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday (03-28-2020) at St. Mary’s Hospital, Decatur, IL. Private family graveside services will be held on Tuesday (03-31-2020) at Boiling Springs Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home are assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorials may be made to: Barclay Public Library, Warrensburg, IL. or Warrensburg Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad. Bonnie was born on October 24, 1946 in Springfield, IL. the daughter of Theadore Barbee and Miriam E. (Wahl) Barbee. She married Jesse William Angel, Jr. on May 1, 1965 in Decatur, IL. He preceded her in death on May 25, 2007. Bonnie was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star. She worked for Heritage Behavioral Health for 18 years. Bonnie loved reading, baking, and scrapbooking. Bonnie survived raising her 5 children, and is survived by: Amy B. Angel of Warrensburg, IL.; Jesse W. Angel III and wife Pamela of Brandenburg, KY; Adrian T. Angel and wife Meredith of Springfield, IL; Amber M. Angel and husband William Test of Hobart, IN; and Brendan W. Angel and wife Emily of San Tan Valley, AZ; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesse and one brother Daniel Barbee.
