Bill E. Lowe, 67, of Decatur, passed away peacefully at his home on January 1, 2025.
At his request, no services will be held. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur is assisting the family with arrangements.
Bill was born January 31, 1957 in Monticello, Kentucky, the son of Milton and Betty (Orr) Lowe. He married Kathy Koshinski on October 4, 1997 in Decatur. Bill worked as a foreman on the Bridge Crew for Norfolk and Southern Railroad for 42 years, until his retirement. He loved fishing, especially in Lake Shelbyville or Clinton Lake.
Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Kathy Lowe; daughter, Jamie Long and husband Billy of Decatur; granddaughter, Makinlee Tomlin; brothers: Ray, Albert (wife, Lori); and sister, Darlene.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; two grandsons and one granddaughter.
