Bill Clark

Bill Clark, 70, of Mt. Zion, IL. passed away Saturday on March 16, 2019 at the age of 70. Bill was the son of Grady and Ivagean Sampson. He was born November 6, 1948 in Union Grove, Alabama. Bill married Lucinda Kater on August 17, 1978, in Decatur, Illinois. He retired from Rural King in Olney, Illinois in 2010. He enjoyed the outdoors, taking long walks, fishing and hunting. Bill was a kind and generous man that was loved by everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed. Bill is survived by his wife, Lucinda of Mt. Zion, IL.; siblings Shelia (David) Lindamood of Macon, IL. Martha Armour of Albuquerque, NM, Clarence (Shelia) Sampson of Jacksonville, AL. and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Dorothy Parker, Juanita Shannon, and Eldridge Sampson. Graveside services will be held at Macon Cemetery on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 2 P.M.
