Beverly Taylor

Beverly I. Taylor, 90, of Mt. Zion, died Sunday, August 6, 2017, at Heritage Manor.Private family graveside services will be held. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is assisting the family. Beverly was born February 22, 1927, in Decatur, the daughter of David and Leota (Rodrick) Hopkins. She married George Taylor and he preceded her in death. Beverly worked as a supervisor for Federal Kemper Insurance. She enjoyed playing bridge and was affiliated with Maranatha Assembly of God.Beverly is survived by her children, Pamela (Michael) Buttz of Bethany and Cheryl (Tim) Roach of Niantic; sister, Connie (Jerry) Brown of Lafayette, IN; brother, Robert Hopkins of Decatur; 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter, Karen Peer.
