Beverly R. Sweazy, 83, of Decatur, IL, passed away Saturday March 17, 2018 at Ocala Oaks Rehabilitation Center in Ocala, FL.Cremation rites will be accorded. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 23, 2018, at Bethel Cemetery, Blue Mound, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, will be handling the arrangements.Beverly was born August 30, 1934 in Elyria, Ohio, the daughter of Guy and Ruth (Taylor) Byars. She married John C. Sweazy on March 29, 1953 in Glendale, AZ.Her husband of 64 years John preceded her in death on May 21, 2017. She is survived by children; Nancy (Don) Ballard of Burbank, OH, Peggy (Tom) Herrmann of Danville, IL, Janet (Rod) Wells of West Liberty, KY, John Robert (Brenda) Sweazy of Ocala, FL; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
