Beverly Marbut

Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.Beverly was born March 2, 1928, in Kewanee, IL, the daughter of Albert and Hazel (Greenway) Ainley. She married Madison H. Marbut on December 17, 1949 in Galesburg, IL. He preceded her in death on January 25, 1988.Beverly worked as an accountant for the State of Illinois at D.C.C.A. , retiring after 15 years of employment. She enjoyed her computer, senior exercise class, and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.She is survived by her daughters Marcia Marci Marbut of Springfield, IL and Susan Potash and husband Terry of Gurnee, IL; grandchildren Amber Marbut and Michelle Hayes, both of Springfield, IL, Abria Potash of McHenry, IL and Zara Potash of Grayslake, IL; great grandchildren Lexy, Madison, Valerie, Tysen, Austin, NaTalia, Marci; brothers John and Richard Ainley; sisters Karlene Ferguson, Jewel Sutherland, Faith Swearingen.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Diane Biggs, son Madison Marbut, Jr., brothers Albert Ainley, Jr. and Jerry Ainley.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com.
