Betty L. (Younger) Rose, 83, of Forsyth, IL, died 6:37 A.M., Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at her residence. Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, February 15, 2013, at Maroa Cemetery, Maroa, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements. Memorials may be made to Macon County Animal Control & Care Center or Maroa Athletic Department. Betty was born August 29, 1929, in Pana, IL, the daughter of Thomas and Vesta (Ginger) Younger. She married John E. Rose and he preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter Vickie (Doug) Kidd of Decatur, IL; son Thomas (Carol) Rose of O'Fallon, MO; grandchildren Stacey Downs, Ryan (Mary) Rose, Lindsay (Shawn) Colbert, Jonathon (Chelsie) Kidd, Brittany (Tamron) Fernandez; great grandchildren Hayden, Carter, Karson, Kenley, Gracie. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John E., brother Charles, sisters Juanita and Irene. "
