Betty Ridlen

Betty L. Ridlen, 81, of Decatur, IL., passed away at 1:32 P.M. Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Tuesday , October 30, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Private burial will be Macon Cemetery, Macon, IL. Memorials maybe made to First Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Ridlen was born Nov. 19, 1930 in Gary, Indiana, the daughter of Thomas & Letha Martin Sanders. She married Merle E. Ridlen, June 20, 1954 in Decatur, IL. Mrs. Ridlen was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and had formerly worked at St. Mary's Hospital as a dietician. Mrs. Ridlen is survived by her Husband Merle, son Mark Ridlen M.D. and wife Karen of Providence, R.I., brother Roy Sanders of Marshall, IL. and Sister Wanda Pittman and Husband Gene of Paris, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and one sister. "
