Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements.Memorials may be made to Donors Choice.Betty Jane was born May 27, 1924 to Howard Franklin Jones and Dora Floyd Jones. She married Nelson E. Hoffman on September 6, 1942, in Decatur, IL.She worked for several years at K-Mart on Pershing Rd. in the Shoe Department. Betty Jane, our mother was always there for people in need of a home, a meal, or just a shoulder to cry on. She indeed was the hands and feet of Jesus. She prayed for all of us even when we didnt ask. She and our Lord walked and talked together everyday, all the way from this earthly home to her new home in Heaven.We her children, Marylin Chaney (husband Brad), and Mark Hoffman (wife Kimberly), along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother William B. Jones (Bob and wife Anna), many precious nieces and nephews, and long time friends, will be keeping her in our minds and hearts to bring a smile to our faces when a tear of sorrow starts to fall.
