Bernadeane McWilliam, 97, of Decatur, IL, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017, at Fair Haven Christian Home, Decatur, IL. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 25, 2017, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church.Bernadeane was born May 27, 1919, in Bethany, IL, the daughter of Perry Morton and Blanche (Hatfield) Parker. She married Leo McWilliam on July 1, 1961 and he preceded her in death on July 22, 1997. Bernadeane graduated from Decatur High School, class of 1937. She worked at First National Bank and then at Wagner Casting. Bernadeane was a long time member of Grace United Methodist Church. She loved music of all kind and loved to travel. She and Leo traveled most of the United States and many European Countries. She is survived by her sister Zetamae (Ernie) Williams; stepdaughter Phyllis (Dennie) Williams; stepgrandchildren Ted, Todd, and Libby, all of Roseberg, OR; and a host of nieces and nephews, both great and great greats. She loved each and everyone of them. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, six sisters and four brothers. "
