Austin L. Brandenburg, 18, of LaPlace, IL, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2015.Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 6, 2015, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. till service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Croninger Cemetery, Cisco, IL. Memorials may be made to the family.Austin was born July 28, 1997 in Decatur, IL, the son of Samuel Lee Jr. and Roschelle Lynn (Gossett) Brandenburg. Austin attended Cerro Gordo High School. He worked for Alhencam as a laborer.He is survived by his Dad and Mom, sister Ashleigh, brother Ashton, uncle Greg; special nieces Aubree and Paislee; many aunts, uncles, great-uncles and cousins; best friend Brandon Hachenberg; and his dog Jo.He was preceded in death by his grandparents Richard & Casandra Gossett, Samuel & JoAnn Brandenburg, great grandmother June McMahon, and his uncle Rex Gossett.Until we see you again, Mom and Dad.
