Archie Ray Davidson, 59, of Decatur, died Thursday, March 8, 2018, in his home.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Archie was born January 3, 1959, in Quincy, the son of Archie Clarence and Goldie May (Brashears) Davidson. He married Linda Ann Michl in Decatur on September 16, 1994. Archie was a roofer for many years in Decatur. He loved to go boating and camping, and he always had a smile and a joke for you. He was a member of the American Pool Players Association.
Archie is survived by his wife, Linda of Decatur; son, Jacoby Davidson and wife Wendy of Decatur; step-son, Shannon Bradshaw and wife Kayla of Decatur; grandson, Michl Bradshaw of Decatur; 5 granddaughters; 1 brother, 3 sisters, and his favorite mother-in-law, Ginger Michl.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Sweet dreams, Archie. "
