Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M., Saturday, March 22, at Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL.Memorials may be made to Decatur Memorial Hospital.Annabelle was born June 11, 1918, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Caroll and Ethel Outten. She married Eugene Roy McKinney on June 12, 1946, in Pennsylvania. He preceded her in death on December 18, 1998.Annabelle taught elementary school in the Decatur area.She is survived by her son Terry McKinney and wife Deborah; granddaughter Darcy McKinney and great grandson Nathan McKinney, all of Phoenix, AZ.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Eugene.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com.
