Amanda Dee Lehn, 17, of Decatur, IL, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 13, 2014, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 12, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Illini Cemetery, Warrensburg, IL. Memorials may be made to Decatur Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation. Amanda was born August 24, 1996, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Jeffrey A. and Lori A. (Adams) Lehn. She loved her cat Tigger, as well as attending the Decatur Obedience Training Center, with her two dogs Teddy and Peanut. Amanda enjoyed babysitting her niece and nephew and liked horseback riding. She also liked to bake and make candy. Amanda had just graduated from her 12th grade year of homeschooling. She is survived by her father and mother of Decatur, IL; sisters Andrea Wakeland and husband Zachary of Mt. Zion, IL, Brittany Lehn of Decatur, IL; nephew Brycen Wakeland and niece Mackenzie Wakeland, both of Mt. Zion, IL; paternal grandparents M. Jean Lehn and husband Stanley of Warrensburg, IL; maternal grandparents Joy Adams and husband Edwin of Decatur, IL; and boyfriend Devin Auten of Latham, IL. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Delores Adams. "
