Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, with visitation from 1:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Decatur.Memorials may be made to the Alexis McKenzie Kawaski Memorial Fund.Alexis was born on March 4, 2011, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Dustin Kawaski and Tara Collier.Surviving are her parents; siblings Briahna Collier, Braydon Collier and Taylor Cook, all of Decatur; maternal grandparents Eula Allen and Ronald Junior II of Decatur; paternal grandparents Mark Kawaski and Kris Tussing of Decatur; three aunts and three uncles; several great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and many loving friends.Alexis was preceded in death by her paternal great grandmother Eloise Taylor and maternal great grandmother Joyce Berry, whom Alexis is with now.With the short time her family was blessed with her presence, she will be greatly missed and always loved by all.
