CUSTOM DEATH NOTICEAlberta Eileen (Massey) Williams, 77, of Decatur, IL., passed away at 3:18 A.M. on Sunday (10-19-2008) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (10-22-2008) at 10:30 A.M. at the Long Creek United Methodist Church, 6960 E. Firehouse Rd. Decatur, IL.. with visitation from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday (10-21-2008) at the church. Burial will be held at Point Pleasant Cemetery, Long Creek, IL.Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.Memorials may be made to: Long Creek United Methodist Church.Eileen was born on June 17, 1931 in Lane, IL. She was the daughter of Lola and Delbert Massey. Eileen graduated from Weldon High School in 1949 and attended Browns Business College. She worked accounts receivable for Shellbarger Grain Elevator in Decatur until June 8, 1952 when she married Paul Williams. She has been a member of the Long Creek United Methodist Church. She has three children: Sharman, Linden and Lindell.Eileen is survived by her children: Sharman Sandberg and husband Chris of Oreana, IL. Linden Williams and wife Diane of North Manchester, IN., and Lindell Williams and wife Chris of Decatur, IL. Eileens grandchildren are Shannon and Kari Williams of Decatur, IL., Samantha Newman of Oreana, IL. and Wesley and Evan Williams of North Manchester, IN., four step-grandchildren, Bailey and Austin Sandberg of Oreana, IL. and Taylor and Madison Sandberg of Wilmar, Minn., sister: Alice Briggs of Argenta, IL.,brothers: Leland Massey of Farmer City, IL., and Phillip Massey of Clinton, IL.Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, husband.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com "
