Albert Snoke

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, January 1, 2010 at Brintlinger and Earl Cerro Gordo Funeral Home, Cerro Gordo, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cerro Gordo Cemetery, Cerro Gordo, IL. Memorials may be made to Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) or the Cerro Gordo Community Ambulance Service. Albert was born September 17, 1934, in Cerro Gordo, IL, the son of Harlow D. and Myrtle O. (Peck) Snoke. He married Nancy Smith in 1959 and she preceded him in death in 1990. Albert was a U.S. Army Veteran. He worked at Firestone Tire Company, retiring after 32 years. He is survived by his son Dale A. Snoke and his partner Shannon Lee of Houston, TX and daughter Anita R. Keen of The Woodlands, TX; grandchildren Averi and Tanner Keen; brothers Charles Lee (Norma) Snoke of Monticello, IL, Harlow J. (Ruth) Snoke of Kansas City, MO; sister Eileen (Warren) Taylor of Monticello, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Nancy. "
